Ostiarius — the doorkeeper of the Church
A self-hosted Discord verification gateway built for the Catholic Diocese of Discord by Catholic engineers. Browser fingerprinting, alt account detection, VPN blocking, and automatic ban enforcement — all privacy-respecting with irreversibly hashed data.
Users verify through an external page with Cloudflare Turnstile, not inside Discord.
Browser fingerprints are cross-referenced on every verification to catch alt accounts.
Datacenter CIDRs and proxycheck.io detect VPNs and proxies during verification.
Discord bans automatically flag all associated fingerprints for future alt blocking.
All data is irreversibly hashed before storage.
Audit logs, alt lookups, verification stats, and time-series charts for moderators.
